Graphite Self Sealing Ring - High Pressure:

CHAMPION STYLE 661 is also manufactured with Stainless Steel wire mesh reinforcement which helps in increasing the mechanical strength of the ring. Increase in mechanical strength enables the ring to withstand higher pressure. The metallic reinforcement also helps better bonding between the flexible graphite foils. These reinforcements are concealed in the rings and are never exposed in order to avoid damage due to metal friction. Pressure surge and thermal shock is a common factor in the Industry where CHAMPION STYLE 661 with SS wire mesh reinforcement is the best solution as far as valve bonnet sealing is concerned.

CHAMPION STYLE 661 is manufactured in different cross sectional profile as per the demand of the industry which are normally Angular, Rectangular, Square or Special (‘V’ groove / ‘U’ groove )
